Registration
The Weston Creek Little Athletics Centre (WCLAC) athletics season runs through spring, summer and autumn months. Athletes must be registered with WCLAC to participate in weekly competition and training sessions, and in order to represent our Centre at ACT Little Athletics organised carnivals.
Most athletes register at the beginning of each season, usually in September, however you are welcome to join at any time during the season.
Our Registration Day will be held at Chapman Oval on Sunday 25th September 2011 from 9 to 11am.
The online Registration system is now open for the 2011/12 season. There are three options to complete the registration process:
1. Online Registration Application with Online Payment
(SEE NOTE BELOW ABOUT CHARGE FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS)
- a) Follow this link to the Little Athletics ACT homepage.
- b) Click on the Join Up/Register button.
- c) Click on the New Members button or Existing Members button.
- d) Select Weston Creek Little Athletics Centre from the list.
- e) Select from the registration types (family, individual, dual)
- f) Complete the details for the athlete(s).
- g) Click on the Submit Application & Pay Online button.
- h) Enter your credit card details (VISA or MasterCard)
- i) Submit your payment.
- j) Once your payment is confirmed you can print the online receipt.
- The receipt will also be sent to the email address provided.
- k) Present the printed receipt to the Registrar on Registration Day to receive your enrolment pack.
2. Online Registration Application with Manual Payment at WCLAC
- a) Follow the Online Registration instructions above: steps (a) to (f).
- b) Click on the Submit Application Only button.
- c) An invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
- d) Present the printed invoice to the Registrar on Registration Day
- with your payment to complete the registration process.
- e) Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

3. Registration Application and Manual Payment completed at WCLAC
- a) If you do not have access to the internet or you experience difficulty with the
- online registration website, you can complete the registration
- process by coming to the centre.
- b) The Registrar and the Records Manager will have a laptop with online access
- to assist families to complete the registration process.
- c) Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ONLINE / CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Each online payment will be charged 6% by the company running the Online Registration facility. Families will only pay the advertised registration fee (e.g. single athlete registration fee is $110) which is made up of a Little Athletics ACT Association Fee of $60 and a contribution to WCLAC of $50. Little Athletics ACT and WCLAC will have to pay the 6% charge and will receive less if you choose to pay online rather than pay in person at the centre.

Note: Full season fees apply for athletes registering through until the Christmas break.
Part season fees apply for athletes registering after the Christmas break.
“Come and Try” Trial Period
Following completion of the registration application, an athlete may come and try out Little Athletics for two centre competition days before payment is required to finalise the registration process.
