Welcome to the home page of the Weston Creek Little Athletics Centre - WCLAC. This website provides information for prospective young athletes and their families. It also provides WCLAC families with week-by-week information, the latest news, individual athlete results, newsletters and photos.

About Little Athletics

Little Athletics provides a weekly opportunity for children to come together to establish and nurture friendships, and to develop and refine their walking, running, throwing and jumping skills. Those skills will benefit them in varied activities, including sports, throughout their lives. Little athletics achieves this through participation, promoting enjoyment and encouraging personal development in a competitive environment. The motto of the little athletics movement remains Family, Fun and Fitness.

About Weston Creek Little Athletics

Weston Creek Little Athletics Centre is affiliated with ACT Little Athletics. Regular competitions are held at Chapman oval on Saturday mornings. Select Season Calendar for dates and times -- you will also see special competitions and carnival days, and our weekly coaching clinics.  To celebrate 35 years of Little Athletics in Weston Creek we invite all past and present athletes, parents, Committee members and supporters to celebrate at a 35th Anniversary Dinner.
The dinner will be held on Saturday 25th February at the Viking Club Tuggeranong.

 The Queanbeyan Carnival that will be held at Wright Park on Sunday 29th January 2012
Entries must be received by Friday 20th January although late entries will be accepted on day but at a higher fee.

 The Lanyon Little Athletics carnival will be held on Sunday 12 February 2012 commencing at 9.00am sharp.
Entry is open to all athletes currently registered with WCLAC.
Athletes may compete in a maximum of 5 events. An entry of $5.00 per event or $20.00 for all 5 events, must accompany all entries.
Entries close strictly on Friday 3rd February 2012.
